All the customers spread around the world have access to Technical Support service to help resolve technical problems with equipment or in identifying the right parts for service.

Initially free remote support service is provided (by phone, email, etc.), but if the problem can be resolved by another means, a technician is sent to the machine’s location.

This technician is equipped with all the special means and tools needed to diagnose the malfunction and identify the right parts needed to resolve it.
